Wrinkle Relaxer / Botox
Botulinum toxin type A is the active ingredient in Botox, Jeuveau, and Xeomin. These products are considered neuromodulators, and are an injectable treatment used to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Common areas these products are used include: the forehead, upper face, crow’s feet, and nose area “bunny lines.” These products can also be used for excessive perspiration, for teeth grinding or clenched jaw, and for the “lip flip.”

Facial & Lip Filler
Dermal fillers are a natural way to improve age related volume loss and stimulate structural collagen formation. Dermal fillers for the face and lips can lift the skin, plump, contour, and add volume. They can also fill fine lines, wrinkles, and even scars. Most fillers are natural, many are hyaluronic acid. There are certain types of fillers that are considered biostimulators. These fillers are felt to be regenerative as they lead to the production of new collagen and elastin.
Route One Medical Spa offers a variety of lip and facial dermal fillers for clients. We are happy to provide hyaluronic acid filler which includes the entire Juvéderm line and Beletero. The biostimulator we offer is Radiesse. It is a compound of calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres. Radiesse is unique in its ability to act as a scaffold under the skin. This provides added structure while stimulating the body to produce collagen and firmer skin.

VI Peel
This medical grade chemical peel was created by Vitality Institute. We are happy to offer all 6 formulas of VI PEEL treatments at Route One Medical Spa. These treatments are designed to lift pigment, remove sun damage, alleviate acne and scars, and improve fine line and wrinkles. The peels are medium depth, painless, and safe for all skin types. Consultation for initial peel is required. This will allow thorough evaluation of skin and planning for when peeling process occurs. Skin improvement has been shown after seven days. Clients may need 2-4 treatments for optimal results.
VI PEEL is now being combined with neurotoxin “Botox”. The VI PEEL is applied, and tox therapy is injected at the completion of the peel. The VI PEEL plus Tox “Botox” has been termed ToxBooster™. This combination service combats all signs of aging by lifting dark spots, smoothing wrinkles, and obtaining an even tone and texture. A study conducted by Vitality Institute, patients who received a ToxBooster™ treatment experienced a 60% decrease in wrinkles compared to 37% with neurotoxin alone
